Nick Sinardi was a Center and Linebacker for the Hillsborough High School Football Team where he won honors for 1st team All-State; 2nd team All-Southern;1st team All-Suncoast; 1st team All-County (Junior and Senior seasons); 1st team All-City (Junior and Season seasons); Tampa Tribune Player-of-the-Week 5 times and was named to the Florida North-South All-Star game in Gainesville.

His work on the gridiron in high school led to Sinardi getting a scholarship to the University of Florida where he played center on the 9-1-1 1969 Gator Bowl team that was Coach Ray Graves’ last game at UF. Nick graduated in 1971 and then eventually attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.
