Hillsborough football hall of fame

Cecil Perette was an All-State, All-City, All-Big Ten and All-Southern football player for Hillsborough High School. He earned the honor of the Guy Toph Award, which is given to the most valuable player in Tampa and his play on the field lead him to play for the Clemson Tigers Football team after he left Hillsborough.
